final reflaction #

PART 1

Depending  on my result of CMI the first dimension  is expression and  I am  conceal my expression and that mean no one will know what is your  feeling . the  second one is connecting the polarity is exclusive  that mean I am not connecting with every one only the family or the people from same culture . In  Decision making  I prefer to  rely on the relationship not rules and that if you are nice with me I be the same if you did  mistake. The last dimension is communication and usually  I use direct communication and that’s mean I talk street .

PART 2

The report said that I was conceal my feeling  and not reveal , however I agree with the report because  I don’t let emotions control my disposal. The report also said that I am exclusive in connecting and that’s right I don’t like to trust any one or said my problem to him I like to connecting with family . the report said  that I am prefer to rely on the relationship in decision making and I agree with that because I don’t like following  the rules because that maybe  make the person hate me .also in the communication part I am direct and usually talk direct because I don’t like to talk  indirect and maybe the person who I am talking  to him Understands me  wrong  so I like to speak direct .

PART 3

I thing the life change the person so I don’t know If the results will change or no, but  my thing will be different and I thing the results will change but I hope for the good .I would like to be different because there are some dimension like connecting change from exclusive to inclusive because in the future maybe I will be manager I should be connecting with every body no only some of them .

 There are 3 dimensions and 3 polarity's that are available in this article :
1: Accountability: community- becuse as we can see it will affect on the community.
2: Decision making : rules - he want from the people to election not about relationships but on the benefit to the society .  
3: Outlook : innovationbecause - because they want to change and develop the future of UAE .

Exercise 6#

- On revolution and revolts: The dimension is accountability and the polarity is community because it was the humans are gregarious discussing about the humanly and how it is effecting the status around us.

- On legalizing divorce: The dimension is outlook and the polarity is outlook because he was talking about dress and how it was before.

- On materialism: The dimension is destiny and the polarity is directed because they view their future as in the hands of god.

- On global consumption :The dimension is communication and the polarity is direct because he is speaking directly to the point with the pointed person.

-On ending the conflict: Dimension: Accountability-Polarities :Community / Individual.He mentioned that he would feel selfish if he didn't help and become part of the solution. 

- On staying humble in office: The dimension is context and the polarity is informal because he don’t like the formal things like the palace and the red carpet.

- On redistribution of wealth: The dimension is growth and the polarity Personal because he was focusing on how to develop the person.

-On being called the world's poorest president: Dimensions: Outlook-polarities:Traditional and innovation. Because he's saying I'm the son of my history.

- On donating 90% of his salary to charity: The dimension is accountability and the polarity is individual because he was talking about him self and what he did.

- On his goals for Uruguay: The dimension is status and the polarity is achieved because he has a goal in mind and will achieve it what and how long its take . 

- On being a president: The dimension is communication and the polarity is direct because he is talking about what the mean of president and what he must do directly. 

- On the secret to happiness: The dimension is destiny and the polarity is directive because he was controlling his destiny by choosing to be happy in life.

Exercise #5

The first thing of 12 dimensions i will talk about is : 1- communication is all direct ( face to face ) in all characters except some phon calls .

2- expression : i think todd regeal his expression when they have colors day and  he play with them  and there are some more ... In other side i think puro conceal his expression - when he give todd food in his office and Todd sceam on hem . 

3- destiny : Todd destiny is directive because he went to india command from his boss .

4- context : there are so many seens and i think alot of seens come by formal context . 

Exercise #4

1- I will talke about american model they can choose everything that matters as well they don't. They can have what they want and i thinks that good . America is the country of freedom and there culture depends on liberty . 

Extre : of my point UAE culture close to US but not exactly becouse I can were a kandora and I can were a jense and there some difrent between us and US and that is religion

1-the manager : he accommodating the britsh visiters and always smile at them
2- ms donney : she dont accepted to be in India and she want to go home
3- mr and ms ainshie : the mr adapt and he went to tmple but the ms dont went with him and stay at the hotel .
4- ( the room ms /door) : she adapt and fast she collaborating slution for the problem .
5- graham : he went to see his old frind but he move from his location but adapted and he play with little boys and give them some tips .

A- What is the conflict ? The conflict is woman working because in our traditional the woman stay at home and in our religion they can't mix with men .
What is /are the cultare views ? The cultare views is absolutely honor and shame .
What is the best solution to the problem ? The best solution is women warking step by step not all together like work in mix environment but first only women and follow up the what women want .

B- Worldviews = I thing the work control by power and fear but in our region i think by honor and shame because  her the men will preferably die to be shame .

C- What i think about the millionaire racer is that likes to boast and people look to them so they said he have alot of many but that actually annoying the people that in my opinion .
